On Friday, Feb 13th, we went to the Cancer Center to meet with the oncologist. This is the way it usually is.... Frendell's reading or playing with his phone and Ats is taking notes while I am being checked over or things are being taken out/off or I'm taking pictures.... this is so Frendell will not faint when I cry out in pain

This is Dr. Robinson, my oncologist. She gave the best news on Friday the 13th!! The last surgery was the best surgery for me, because they were able to remove ALL the cancer this time around. Woo-hoo!! So, now it's safe to say that I am cancer free. She went on to further discuss that I will need another test done to determine if I can go straight to daily medication (for 5 years) or if I need to do a bout of chemotherapy (great news, as this has changed from definite chemo to now maybe). We were so relieved and happy, really, we just couldn't stop smiling from this point on. Frendell heaved such a big sigh of relief, I'm sure they heard it outside of the room. thanks Dr. Robinson.. best news I've gotten in the last year..
This is Violet, she is my nurse coordinator at the cancer center. She keeps me informed of furthers tests, coordinates my appointments and other needs I may have. She couldn't stop smiling with us either :-) She even remembered that we had a mission trip to the PI last Nov. They take very good care of me here and sometimes it feels like that show Cheers.. it's a place where everybody knows my name and my needs..
Later on that night, Karen Ybanez came over to visit and brought us some beautiful roses.
