Last Sunday we were pleasantly surprised by a phone call from Pat saying that she'll be stopping by O'hare for a couple of hours before she heads home to Washington. I'm so glad that we were able to visit with her... even though it was only for a short time... It is always great to spend time with her and we hope that we'll be able to spend more time next time she stops by :-)
The visit was long enough for a banana chocolate sundae with pecans :-)
I didn't eat any, I promise :-)
